Was XARA suppose to address these?

I recall, not sure where the thread is, that Xara was going to look into the following? Do I stand correct?

Your image is not flagging an Error with the Viewport as it is affect all of "0" pages; this is just poor Google coding.
The others are with the designer's capabilities to rectify themselves as covered in the Link.

Google annoys me too, I solved it by simply changing the dates to FTP and google took it, that I fixed it and stopped bothering me.
