Exporting a .jpeg

I'm trying to export an image from Xara as a jpeg file. I use Ctrl Shift E but the closest thing available under "save as type" is something called jpeg2000 with a bunch of extensions but I can't find a simple .jpeg. This is something I've done thousands of times but the new Xara version apparently doesn't allow exporting as a .jpeg. I don't understand this, certainly jpeg's are a very common image file type and previous Xara versions always had this. Am I missing something"?

Sorry, I found where Xara moved this to: file /export jpeg. I guess you get so used to doing something one way that you just don't see something different.

you should be able to do it both ways

file > export jpeg allows you to export without going to the settings dialog [although there is a button for you to access this if you wish]

file > export [ ctrl+shift+E ] should allow you to export jpeg/jpg - it should be second on the list immediately after .XAR
