Yes, however it is not searchable.

But the Help file is. Under the Index tab, type 'shortcuts' in the search window, select the 'Summary ...' option, place your cursor in the list that appears to the right, and type Ctrl + F. Now a new window opens with which you can search the list.

What I did.
Opened Customise key shortcuts > Save: keyset.ini.
That is searchable.

I took it further.
I set up a speadsheet and added everthing I could fine for v16.

The list shrinks down quickly so Search: guides returns 18 entries, which gets to NUM 1 very easily.
Click on a column to order.
Elsewhere I even published the XAR.
