I have been in contact with Matt Boulton (@MB365) via intercom about the lack of product changes.

The Pro+ Release Notes have now been fixed for the PDF download button works, providing updates from v20.0 through V21.5 - 34 pages.
The XDA > Help > [Product] Help (F1) is up to date. The PDF Help Manual has not been updated:

we have not produced a PDF version yet. We are working on improving the overall help experience.
