Just noticed the TG Calendar stopped at 31 December 2020.

Perhaps the end of the world but as we're so ancient now we missed it!

Even the date at the foot of the forum needs some love.

Jono, Copyright year does not have to be reworked each year change. Only years of substantial alteration or change need be recorded. Xara has done little to the forum software for a long time.

What you should be asking is who owns your Post?
As I 'publish' my Posts to my local computer screen, I claim first dibs.

    What exactly is being copyrighted?
Luckily, it cannot be 'the' or the entire alphabet, but do ask.

When GDPR came out I asked Xara what its compliance was...
...I can only assume that https://www.xara.com/privacy/ necessarily applies to the TalkGraphics Forums.

back in the day i seem to remember xara reserved the right to use your posted images for 'marketing purposes', a reason you rarely saw anything of mine here; don't know if this applies anymore

Luckily 'All Rights Reserved' has been overtaken by the Berne Convention.
