    Default Missing artworks

On the web site below the designs and workshops workshops downloads are not available with an error message of 404.
The path to them is through DP+ Help>More Designer Pro>OnLine Workshops
Or am I missing something again:-((

they seem to work ok for me - try clearing your browser cache; could also check to see if they work in another browser

No as that is the one I showed as an example on that page of 'free stuff'

    Not Found

The requested URL /free-stuff/...-cool-artwork/ was not found on this server.

I am trying to get an idea of what is wrong, trying a different iink to the same place is part of that process

you said you tried chrome, but did you also try firefrox after clearing it's cache ? if that works you may also need to clear the cache in chrome

if it doesn't work then it may be your service provider [isp] who needs to clear their server cache

you are in australia and you are accessing a site in the usa - that should not be an issue; maybe someone else in that locale could check if it works for them from a different internet connect to the ones you use

does it happen in both your locations, or just the one?

I have cleared the cache many times in Firefox as set to do so on close.

I tried again through Help>Online work shops>Free stuff>How to use bump Maps>Download and still get below and on all others.
Why would clearing the cache do anything?

The document name you requested (/wp-content/uploads/2015/2015-03-giveaway/March2015Giveaway_bump_maps.zip) could not be found on this server. However, we found documents with names similar to the one you requested.

    Available documents:

    /wp-content/uploads/2019/2015-03-giveaway/March2015Giveaway_bump_maps.zip (mistyped character)
    /wp-content/uploads/2018/2015-03-giveaway/March2015Giveaway_bump_maps.zip (mistyped character)
    /wp-content/uploads/2017/2015-03-giveaway/March2015Giveaway_bump_maps.zip (mistyped character)

Please consider informing the owner of the referring page http://site.xaraxone.com/ about the broken link.

    misunderstanding here maybe....

your original post talked of a 404 error, which is a 'page not found' error... clearing the cache should resolve that if the page is there, which it is

what you are now refering to are broken links presumably what you see is something like this:

Name:	multiple choice.jpg
Views:	56
Size:	42.8 KB
ID:	130586

that is not a 404 error - it does in fact mean the documents are no longer available - this happened with a lot of Gary B's stuff when magix took the xaraxone hosting over from xara and afaik we are stuck with it

I get the same when I try to download, as above
