Well at the base level you could delete it from your server, but I think you need further guidance here GG but you'll have to me more specific re your requirement

Far too many negatives here making no sense. You have just asked for the page background, copy and art to all display.

I want the page itself to be transparent. I thought that was a possibility with Xara. I know you have to have a page, right?

RIGHT click on any blank area of the Page area, then choose Page Background > Reset.
