Hosting Storage space allocation exceeded

Please could someone assist with this error. I am working on Xara Design Pro +. The problem is not with the actual domain I am uploading to as I host the domain with another supplier.

that said it sounds just like the message you get when you have exceded the space allocated by your hosting company - have you checked ?

Hi Handrawn, I am a reseller for the hosting company and have also asked the back end technical guys to check, and there is no space allocation exceded from the hosting side at all.

and you are uploading your site from within xara pro+ using the other web host (via FTP) option on the publish tab of web properties ?

if so it will need someone more technical than me regarding the way xara publishes web content, sorry

I can only suggest checking the usual things like uploading to the correct folder; any bandwidth restrictions....
