Navbar menu item showing after being deleted

I'm going crazy...
Client asked me to delete a delivery service from the website menu under "Our Food".
Delete it in the Main variant and the Mobile variant.
Preview - all good. Publish - Main fine, mobile still shows Deliveries.
Ctrl+f5 about 20 times...
Back to XDPX - open the mobile menu and Deliveries is back after being deleted!
I also delete the actual page in both versions.
Delete it again, save immediately and publish.
Ctrl+f5 again.....
Main variant fine, mobile - it still shows!

weird...I still got it on mobile.
Deleted that whole section and recreated it - all good!
