    Default deep thought

there are 42 items in my magix account, which is a mess

    8 are non-xara items

10 are legacy xara items with no serial numbers or downloads

13 are for trials of product no longer for sale and therefore of dubious use

2 have been activated and should show as such in the account but they don't; manual registration results in a message serial number already registered

magix service centre 'know-how' appears to know nothing about any of this; still the programs work, perhaps I should let sleeping dogs lie....

I have 53, all Xara, of which 15 have downloads available. The others are CD-based but many are now in the breeze.
What annoyed me was what was lost on Magix taking over the dataset, including my purchase dates that were all trashed.
That and my Xara Hosting (M-website) dies on 27 December this year after consuming two vouchers. That is no great loss, it is the principle.

... I just wish we could hide the stuff we are never going to need [but would need immediately if we were allowed to, and actually did, delete]
