My route:
- Log In
- Top left > Team Name > Manage team
- Subscriptions > View Details --> Pop-up
- Xara Manage Subscriptions > Billing History > Download
- Open PDF Invoice > Billing Period
It is work clicking around as you find your Payment Method and Card Renewal.

Thanks everyone. My renewal is October. Rather convoluted for a flagship product. they must send out reminders.
