    Oh, I see. Perhaps a long shot but have you tried to run XDP19 as Administrator?

    Certainly have! It does it on both the computers it is installed on. My office laptop is running Webroot Endpoint protection, and my personal desktop is running Windows Security.

    Maybe your firewall is blocking unknown IP addresses. That situation might prevent the app from installing. My firewall app (Windows 10 firewall control) alerts me when it happens and I have the choice of allowing it once or permanently.

    I'm out of options except for asking Magix to come up with a solution.
