I don't think you can do this in Web Designer. Designer Pro+ and Pro X have a Names Gallery and you can locate the font and highlight it. But Web Designer does not have the Names Gallery.

What you might try is to open the HTML file in Notepad, and do a search for the font in the script to show you where it is being used.

Since it is a flavor of Times New Roman, I have a feeling it would just either be embedded or the visitor's computer would substitute Times New Roman, a web safe font.
