If it was a feature I would proably use it a lot, but normally it isn't a poblem as my sites tend to land firmly in traditional (menu and separate pages) or modern (scrolling). This one is 3 pages of little content for a barrister chambers. A traditional desktop site suits the style and feel, but the mobile is awkward as you are thumbing the menu button almost instantly.
