    The original screen capture https://initiostar.co.uk/demo/Bunting.mp4 is 8.55 MB, 29.76 fps, duration 21 secs - you loop a 5 second sequence and reduce the size still further, but not sure adding a 5 sec audio track would make sense. Separating the video and audio is an option, but not really worth the hassle of trying to then sync them both.

    The edited video with audio, HD H264 output is 24.5MB, 30 fps. However, if I change the output to WebM the file size can be reduced to 3.14 MB, I'd need to crop it to the desired height and width, but here's the full screen output https://initiostar.co.uk/demo/Flags.webm - some loss of quality though.

    Lots of options, but it's more about the end objective.
