Annoying nag screen

This has been annoying me for years.
I use versions 11 and 12.
Didn't like 12 very much and went back to using 11.
Now only use 12 for my garden diary!

No matter how many times I click on Help>Info pop-ups>Turn all off, the darn thing keeps reappearing, ditto in version 11.
Help..
What do I need to do to stop this once and for all?

I thought I had seen the same question asked before, but couldn't find it.

Check if you have a sub-folder Online under C:\Program Files (x86)\Xara\Xara Photo Graphic Designer 11\.
I renamed mine OnlineXXX. Other use their Firewall.
