Default New way to define colors

I came across this article about a new way that color can be defined in CSS. It is meant to be more intuitive and to make available more colors than the current hex / rgb, hsl, etc. definitions. While browser compatibility is still limited, it may soon be the next best thing.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.
