Default How to overlap shapes and lines

I don't know about everyone else, but whenever I go to make an overlapping shape effect, I always seem to forget how it's done, probably because I don't do very often. Anyhow, I've now made a quick prompt sheet for myself which I thought I'd share here. I've also added a couple of examples from 2014!

If anyone has found a better way of doing this please do say!

Cheers Jono. I tend to avoid clipviews, I can't remember why but use Intersect (Ctrl+3) instead. Great worms!

Whenever I do something like that I clone and erase part of the clone to get that over under look that has nothing to do with clipview or interssect shspes. Nice reminder Jono.

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.
