    Default Updating to version 18

Have installed at Thurgoona Men's shed Xara Photo & Graphic Designer version 17, reports update available to 18 select yes it downloads, select to install now, show process and does not update.
Tried a many times without success any suggestions please?

I had to reinstall SW (deactivated and reactivated) after I thought was a problem with the SW when I selected print it crashed the computer, later found this was a Microsoft patch problem with the type of printer we have deleted patch. The previous installation updated without problem.
Computer is i5 HP all in one.

Peter, stop everything else. Try again and check for popup behind windows. Magix installers have a habit of doing this.
