xara designer error log shows wrong win version

hi, i use win10 x64, with xara designer pro x10 10.1.5.37495 with 12gb ram

whenever xara designer x creates an error report it reports my system as win8 x64 instead of win10 x64. any ideas?

error reports are sometimes created when i make intensive use of the photo heal tool or other memory intensive features.

gabriel, I couldn't force a Xv10 crash but my Xara Pro+ is more obliging.
My dump seems correct:

Try W10 System Information, I get:

OS Name Microsoft Windows 10 Pro
Version 10.0.18363 Build 18363
OS Manufacturer Microsoft Corporation
System Type x64-based PC
Hardware Abstraction Layer Version = "10.0.18362.1411"

If your system information is showing W8 then I would run a validation tool.

tx acorn... well, even my msoffice is not validating with that tool although i use 365 and pay for it, so methinks the mistake is not with my software
any case, tx for the assistance, its not a real train smash anyhow
