Dear Xara...

A simple request
I work with XDAs a lot and am opening and closing lots of XAR/WEB files daily.
If I am working for a Client, I have to keep their documents open and be the last to be saved otherwise they fall off the bottom of the Recent Files List (RFL).
A number of opened files, I do not need to see again but they persist until overwritten by others files being opened.

Could you create a mechanism to Pin needed files.

I currently have Utilities > Options > General > RFL set to 20, the maximum.
If you reduced it to 1 and back again, the Registry entry Computer\HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Xara\XtremePro Sub x64\18\Options\Recent File List is unaffected (by design) so you cannot purge things that way.
Manually changed the Registry entries is not a thing I would care to do either.
A cleaner approach is to export the Key as a .reg, amend in a text editor and run it (when the XDA is closed).
Again, potential for disaster.

Stretch your minds a little and deliver something akin to a gallery.
Consider the Bitmap gallery: Thumbnails with file details.
Recents gallery: Thumbnails with path and file details.

The Bitmap gallery has a useful Find (!) capability and a drag to re-order and a drag and drop mechanism.
Unwanted RFLs, just select and delete. Drag actions as above. Double-click to reload.

How hard can it be?
