• 3:30am - 7:30am EST | New York
• 8:30am - 12:30pm CET | Berlin

it's just another example of the perverse way in which xara make themselves look amateur - you give out a notification at a time defined by a single timezone; UTC is a good default... but toon Boom will give EST; Microsoft PST; because of where they are; we are all capable of doing the math
