Looking for Experienced Web Designer For Hire

I am looking for an experienced XARA web designer to assist with building a simple website done (by design) as quickly as possible. We are a small company and we have many projects going, part of our work flow is a website used for our marketing.

The website will look like a simple news magazine in look, no videos embedded. (One page after build will have Youtube linked video pages for the marketing).

I have Xara Web Designer 16.3.0.57723 DL x64. I need a same date or previous version, as I need to open the native file for edits myself as needed later.

All items ready, items would be sent and web cutter would just place all items as requested.

RG, a later version will still edit fine in yours. You would be alerted that the version is a later one and some constructs are not recognised but provided you check as part of the deliverable, you can advise back to the developer. I have done this countless times and am able to check back on most versions and only on a few occasions has there been any issue, far less than one in a hundred.
