    Default No interaction with Xara team members!

    When was the last time a member of Xara team chimed in to our forum and answered some questions?

    I am at a cross road when I have to choose if I want to upgrade to +, but what is the sense of doing so when I can not
    get any input other than Rob posting updates to the plus and then locking it.

    Seriously, every blue moon, Matt pops in to promote Xara Cloud+ but fails to answer any Magix-related questions.
    A total hand-washing approach this stifles any debate.

    Xara is bimbling into oblivion. Despite all its innovation, it is squandering its heritage and legacy.

    We ask simple questions:
    1. Import of SVGs as embedded or unpacked.
    2. Use of webp and more recent image formats.
    3. Relook of poorly implemented User Interface.
    4. Rectification of long-standing defects.
    5. Removal of nag screens.
    6. Failure to delivery PDF Help Manual.
    7. Replacement of embedded Internet Explorer.
    8. Reduction of the confusing product diaspora.

    We get:
    1. A dog's dinner.

    I get to play for an hour to understand the change on how the Centre of Rotation now operates - thanks.

    This one completely baffes me and increases my workload extensively. Please will someone explain?
