I have been to penzance, and indeed lizard, when it was not

technically the reinvented xara is German, Xara GmbH, registered in Berlin... maybe they wanted to pre-empt Brexit ?

But Designer Pro+ (vs Designer Pro X) is being developed and frequently updated by Xara UK.

To be diplomatic I will say that Magix Designer Pro X is not being developed as aggressively.

hey no, xara had an 'understanding' with corel way back, whicch went sour.. and they parted company [pun intended], but xara was british at birth

No it is a British product form Computer Concepts call Artworks and originally ran on an Acorn (!) Archimedes. Corel was another Xara mistake.
