Default Caution on visiting a site.

I have only one reported viewer having problems with all her devices visiting www.northeastspca.org. I’ve included the alarm. I’m thinking this is the viewer problem, and not a website problem.
    Anyone seen this warning before?

Not seen it before Bill but it appears to be caused by software on your hosts server:

Imunify360 is the security solution for Linux web servers based on machine learning technology which utilizes a milti-layer approach to provide total protection against any types of malicious attacks or abnormal behavior including distributed brute force attacks.
I had no issue viewing you site.

Best thing would be to contact your hosting company.

It appears to be blocking a particular IP address due to unusual behaviour. The IP in question is in Prince Albert

I'm assuming this is what you viewer sees when she tries to access your site? it is generated by imunify360 which you have installed - EDIT : your hosting company will have installed it I would imagine

if so the issue is with her IP address - IP addresses can sometimes get blocked if they have been reported for 'unusual activity' [spam, malicious, etc] - it does not have be her, just someone else using the same IP set

    google sometimes does this...

quickest solution may be to reset the IP, which might mean restarting her device

Thanks @handrawn, and @eggbramhill -- I assumed this had something to do with her devices.
