Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.

Sometimes an embedded YouTube video (even using YouTube's embedded code) fails to start in Chrome (and other browsers). A broad consensus suggests you first try disabling and restarting hardware acceleration e.g. in Chrome:

Name:	Hardware Acceleration.jpg
Views:	46
Size:	22.7 KB
ID:	129102

I retried the URL from my Windows 10 laptop and desktop and the embedded YouTube video played as expected. One other way to try this, is to start with the demo site: https://initiostar.co.uk/demo/Video/ and pick either the embedded YouTube or Vimeo options.

Personally, I would never embed a YouTube video in any of my sites for all the reasons explained in post #6, but should a designer not have access to the original content, there may be no other way.

What I would expect is that videos accessed from the other demo tabs (by way of demos) do work.

BTW: here is the direct link to the YouTube video: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8X-fYWYupgM&t=2s
