newbie needs help

Hi All,
Hope someone can help me !
I'm using MM1.0 and have built a menu structure which works ok up to a point.
I would like one of my nav bars to link to a bookmark on a page rather than to a completely new page.
So for example, I have a navbar called 'links' I want this to go to a bookmark on my index.html page.
Can this be done?
Please help.

HI yes
If for example the anchor in your page is <a name="index"></a> then you would enter #index in the url field for the button on the navbar that you wish to link to the anchor/bookmark
