Changing the image proportions of an Xara slide show

Hi people

I want to use one of the image slideshow Xara offers. But I cannot change the x/y proportion of figure out how to do it. They all seem to be widescreen but I want to make it square. If I manual adjust the size the widgit the image does not.

I tried messing with the edit mode but it makes no difference.

Is it possible? If so how.

I think it depends which one your looking at?

I always use the alternative superslider route now as is gives one so much more freedom e.g. square style with animation e.g. https://initiostar.co.uk/projectslid..._projectslider.

The 3 I tried were Novo Slider, Fade Slider and Fade SlideShow 1

Tim,

The 'superslider' is a Xara supersite (with page transitions of choice), optionally exported with Scale-to-fit-Width. You would embed it in your main site - think of it as no more than a website within a website, with of course all the Xara animation that is available to you.

The navigation you would add to the supersite could simply be next page and previous page buttons, or you can add thumbnails with page links - endless possibilities!

Where you want the superslider to auto-scroll, or to scroll with a start and pause button there are a couple of lines of code that need to be added.
