Improved PDF Workflows
PDF is one of the most popular formats to use for sharing documents, and yet can be difficult to quickly and accurately edit when needed. If you have a specific task or goal in mind, but not the time to learn a whole new tool, this is for you!

Using Xara Cloud's PDF Editor, you can select what action you wish to perform on your PDF, and a handy tooltip will show you exactly how to do it.

Once you are done, simply hit the blue download button. No need to waste productive time on your documents, Xara will show you how to convert, split, merge, edit and share your PDF files with ease! Take a look at the link here and give it a go!

Multi-Page Team Templates
Team Templates have been improved to behave similarly to Xara templates. Previously, when saving and opening a Team Template, it would open all pages within that template. Now, you can choose to open an individual page or all pages within by clicking on Preview all pages

Clicking on Open, will open the first page of your template and allow you to add other pages through the Add panel

You can save any document as a template for use within your team by going to File > Save as template (team admins only)


Bug Fixes and Improvements
  • Fixed an error when undoing and performing a Smart Duplication.
  • Fixed an error when copying and pasting footer components.
  • Fixed an issue which caused the resize handles to not work properly on a repeating photo object.
  • Fixed an issue which caused the Add Page panel to display text layouts after importing a PDF and optimising it.
