    I like it.
I felt the lips have to be twice the size in the same place to imply the hangers were earrings.
The eyes would then be just hidden by the 'hair'.

Thanks all, was supposed to be a graphic design, the eyes are not hidden by the hair.
I've been watching a you tube series by Pete Beard, Unsung Heroes of Illustration, and got inspired by some of the artists who use a minimal aI mount of detail yet is still so readable.
Thought I'd break out Xara again, after so long and give it a try. Obviously not the best, but I gave it a shot.
I hope to be posting more images again after a long time off. Time will tell.

I'm very envious of people who create, and I really like minimalist art like Lichtenstein, the 80's pop art, and Wedha.
You hit both, and I am, indeed, rather envious.

I like it, but I agree with Acorn that and the lips should be raised some too.

    that is... interesting tim

I saw the thumbnail yesterday, before anyone else had posted - what I saw was not a head at all, but two trees bent over in an arch with someone behind [sat, prone, on lower ground] with only their lips visible in mime sytle, the trees rather late '60s early '70s in their style

the full image looks more like a head, probably because it is precieved as 'closer' ... distance changes thigs

    it is well done
