Thread: 2 Lines

    Default 2 Lines

I have an outline of a lizard (the black one) which is a single line with a transparent fill. The problem is when I change the color from black to white it has 2 lines.

The two lines indicates that the line is actually a shape. You can apply a gradient fill, a shadow, emboss and other effects.

I'd break shapes as in this file:

    give a lizard a break.xar

if you are using an earlier version of xara do not worry about message about being created in later version - it will still open

but the method does not apply to the web designer programs, only P&G and designer pro

if you only want to recolor the lizard itself, then just make sure that both the fill and the line color are the same - in your illustration the outline is white, but you have not changed the fill [it being a shape in the shape of a line as gary said]
