    The final result is great. I can't help thinking
    however that the intermediate version is, or could
    be, the best of all? This image is all about flowing
    lines, and the simplicity of the line art version
    emphasises that.

    As others have said, simple, elegant, terrific ;-)

    I really like the "line art" image Patrik. Both images are great but I like the flow, clean lines, and simplicity of the black and white version.
