A Perfect Hamburger

Quite often there is an ask for a Hamburger icon to build a mobile NavBar.

In the past I have used the Font Awesome hamburger symbol as a glyph as it scales well.
All other approaches create an image that does not scale well and is an extra HTTP fetch.
Adding a Font just for one glyph is equally excessive so I have been looking for the perfect hamburger.

My solution is to use a Rectangle or Rounded Rectangle with a Linear Fill of alternating colour and transparency banding (not a Repeating Fill ! ).
I have included a rollover effect and the icon uses named colours so you can size, shape and craft your own 'burger with relish.

Consider my design file a small stocking filler for Christmas.
