That the upgrade price is under $100.

I figure that with upgrades v2-v10 I have already invested $3K for CorelDRAW/PP.

As in the past, v11 (and all the odd-numbered versions) are usually stable. IHMO I think the even-numbered versions were always beta versions of the product.

I think your wishes are very good, and, after Corel buy Micrografx, some of them may turn in reality, like more technical stuff ou measurement tools...

    Hey all,

Yeah, those are good wishes. I vote for the export .psd w/layers, too. I wasn't sure if it did but, I guess not.

    Guru Boy

    Pretty good list

Try this link to get curves on shapes

    http://www.vakcer.com/oberon/vba/drawmacros/index.htm

Lots of other tech tools and scripts there

Try the cool tools section at www.isocalc.com , many tech addons there

Shameless plug, check out the link at the bottom of this message for some scripts I wrote. You might be interested in the Curve Length Calculator

My scripts need to be unzipped and placed in the ...\draw\scripts folder.

Don't think the smooth eraser tool will come about, it will require massive changes to the rendering engine, and even then the effect will probably only export / print as a bitmap.

    Christine

I'd be happy if Draw exported to CPT files keeping each draw object as a photo-paint object (Photoshop layer equivalent), this feature is long overdue.

I could understand in the past computers might not have been able to handle the massive bitmaps that might result, but if you are careful, with today's computing power and RAM there really is no excuse.

I'm afraid that these are mostly too late to be implemented into version 11. I've heard that 11 is well into beta already. (although I'm not a beta tester myself)
