Renegade Font

I have been asked to create a decal replicating a 1977 decal on the Jeep CJ7 Renegade. The font appears to be Arial except for the R. Since this was 1977 it is pre-computer fonts so I suspect it was one of a few fonts out there. If I can find the font for the R then I am spared the hand custom draw. Photo attached. Does the font for the R look familiar to anyone? Thanks.

I would look at Helvetica Black. I'm sure the design firm may have taken a few liberties. But this is close enough. You can use the Contour Tool to add the outline if needs be.

No you did the heavy lifting. I just looked up Helvetica Black and it seemed to fit the bill.
