are you saying the old version is currently installed on two computers neither of which are the one you now want to install it on ?

the new Xara 17 is installed on two computer.


Xara Designer Pro X 12.4.0.47404 DL x64 Nov 8 2016 need to be installed on the same two computer too,
or the latest with no buggy pdf export.

ok but the version 12 has been installed more than once already right? and will now not install and activate, only runs as trial

if you log onto your magix account you should be able to go to my products and find that version and deactivate it from the computer[s] you don't want it on so you can activate it on those you do by clicking 'more details'

ver 12 may appear as Xara Designer Pro X365 in the product list, but it should show as version 12 on the details page

you have bought version 12 from magix or xara online?

if so then you will need to go through all the registrations until you find the version 12

if not that is a different matter

if you do it from within the program on the computer you no longer need it on I don't think there is a limit

from within your account there is a limit but if you have not done it for a long time that should not be an issue (as i recall its about once every 28 days per version)
