You will need to uncheck Fast Publish - there will be nothing in the new "index_htm_files". Had you previously undertaken a full publish? If not, it might be as simple as doing so.

Aaargh! No, I always have the fast publish box ticked. I've just republished with the tick removed and it all works. Thank you!! Thank you!!

The purpose of Fast Publish is to upload only those files that have changed; when you published your website to a new folder it would have published ALL files and as you saw, it worked correctly.

At some point in all this, maybe in the upload process, a file went missing or was corrupted and Fast Publish did not subsequently replace the offending file(s), because they were not changed at source.

Nothing wrong with subsequently reverting back to Fast Publish now though. I rechecked your site and Highslide is working as expected.
