Coreldraw 10 bug?

hi we get a black square instead of a cursor in coreldraw 10 now, no idea why, but its now happening on three machines, they have the official patches, and Xp pro is up to date.

Any one else seen this problem ever? or any ideas?

Known problem with the McAfee VirusScan Enterprise 8.0.0. To solve it you need to
patch VirusScan up to patch 9 or later
