What’s the best way to add a logo to a nav bar?

I figure there’s maybe two ways to do this, but I’m looking for the most efficient.
- maybe you could add a small logo to the nav bar as a button, but totally deactivate the button. You want the logo to move with the nav bar.
- or you could add a same coloured rectangle behind the nav bar, and place the small logo on the rectangle, and make the rectangle sticky.

Any other ways. Thanks for chiming in.

Bill, your first option of adding Logo as the first button will be a disaster.

The simplest is Stretch Box under the NavBar with the Logo adjacent. Make all three Sticky at Top, Sticky or none of them.

Figured that @acorn. Thanks I do have a rectangle the same color under the nav bar, I’ll add a little logo to that. Just dresses up the site a bit.

Make the logo the same size and appearance as the nav bar but make it a separate object. It can be a repeating object and then will appear with the nav bar on all pages.

I can’t seem to get this logo just right. Here’s the structure in order on the layer
Nav bar
White rectangle stretched full width
Logo on top of rectangle and grouped

You’ll notice the logo doesn’t centre and moves about.

'cos the NavBar is Stick at Top.

You need to pad the height of the Logo to the same as the NavBar.
You need to then set the Logo to Stick at Top.
You really ought to use Image Filename on the Logo; 11367@2x.png doesn't really cut it for me.

Understood and done. I do not know how to add a pad to the image, but I’ll look that up.
