I just moved to Germany from the states, and am living at my Uncles house for the time being. Im using his computer and what not.

MY QUESTION IS: Could my computer back in the STATES work here in germany. And if my computer can work here in germany is it possible for me to upgrade it with german/european parts(memory)?

yes, I am living in Germany.

No, your machine that meets the US specs won't run here, unless it features a variable or switchable power supply from 110V to 240V.

Yes, you can use any peripherals or components from anywhere in the world as long as they connect to the main board or the standard connectors like USB, FireWire, LPT, Serial - you name it. They all run on the 12V/5V supplied by the power supply to the board.

Best prices for memory in Germany: http://www.alternate.de. Make sure to check the timing specs (CL2, CL2.5) and speed of your existing RAM - they **must** match.

Still need more help? Dial 01024-42364-84444 (the 01024 is a low cost carrier prefix for call by call selection). Best time to reach me is between 6 and 8 pm or 9 and 10 am.
