@acorn - a couple of more images. The first image of the gallery does not work -- and yet the image directly below it - with the white triangle ABOVE the navbar 'does' work. Interesting.

Bill, I am getting mightily confused.
The Underbar (white) is Stick at Top so everything is above it.
The NavBar is also Stick at Top but Xara makes this above everything else (as it is a NavBar).
Change the Underbar to Pink to see it in action.
Set both NavBar and Underbar to Sticky (ONLY) and you will be fine.
Why you have the NavBar and Underbar move up all of 4px defeats me.
