Default Animated "gif" doesn't show anything but the Frame-1 graphic

    Hi everybody,

I've done another simple animation, with just four or five frames.

When I use the "Preview Movie" function, the animation performs well .. flips through all of the frames and looks pretty.

BUT! When I use the "Preview Current ..." icon, the performance is static. Just Frame-1 appears, nothing else.

AND! When I "Export Animation ..." the gif file is the same. Static. Just Figure-1 and nothing else.

What might I have done wrong this time?

    Many Thanks,

    Paul

    Hi Paul,

Best bet would be to attach your xar/web file here so we can have a look.

Are you sure your xar/web file is an animation file. Does it have the 'film-strip' icon on the tab?

    Hi Egg,

Fancy that. You helped me with the first version of this attempt, if you remember The Rogue-Frame Issue. I couldn't resolve why the Animation Frame Gallery was skipping Frame IDs, so I just built a new animation.

Hence, now it doesn't work at all. Doesn't say much for my fix-it instincts.

NUTS! Now it works just fine. I have no idea why it behaved like it did.

    Regards,

    Paul
