    Default Website page structure question

    Hi all,
    I'm probably missing something very simple here, but this is a bit beyond me so far so apologies if it is a ridiculously basic question/issue/solution.

    I'm making a website and I know how to do;
    www.thisismysite.co.uk/page-1

    What I want to know is how to add a bit more structure to my pages, a webpage title like this;
    www.thisismysite.co.uk/store/page-1

    How do I get that extra 'branch'? I can't seem to add a / in my webpage name.
    Is it simply putting a folder called 'store' on myserver and exporting a page called www.thisismysite.co.uk/page-1 but putting it into the 'store' folder?
    Thanks in advance,
    Yours,
    Forrest

    Page-1 needs to be published to a sub directory, store. And if you want Page-1 to to open when someone visits thisismysite.co.up then it needs to be named index.htm or index.html

    It can also be published as page-1.htm or page-1.html to the same directory.

    In other words, you are creating a mini-website that you are publishing to the sub-directory.

    So create a new directory under the root directory and call it store, and publish your mini-site to that folder.

    In the publish FTP settings for sub-folder optional, if your site is published in public_html it will be public_html/store/

    Following on from Garys post this may help but instead of 'properties' yours would be 'store':

    Egg

    Intel i7 - 4790K Quad Core + 16 GB Ram + NVIDIA Geforce GTX 1660 Graphics Card + MSI Optix Mag321 Curv monitor
    + Samsung 970 EVO Plus 500GB SSD + 232 GB SSD + 250 GB SSD portable drive + ISP = BT + Web Hosting = TSO Host

    Thank you everyone.
    That's a really helpful set of instructions and video too. Much appreciated.
