    Don't know how xara can do this but there is no View/Bitmaps under options in WDP16/17 - only P&GD16

    I made a backup to be sure But I don't understand why the importsize key is set to 1920 but it makes no difference?

    ok view tab may not be in the web designer versions [yet - Rob has indicated it might be in the peipeline] in which case you may be stuck for now

    the importsize registry key is something different - posted in reponse to the dialog box know1 posted at post #5 to which it refers [lots of post, sorry ] - it controls when that dialog box appears, it does not affect the actual file size on import - sorry if that was confusing
