Error loading Web Designer Pro

I recently moved to a new desktop using PCMover Pro (which moves all applications).
I hadn't used WDP for some months prior to this but now when I try to open it I get a message telling me that the program could not be started and quoting:
Error: -59

I am using:
Windows 10 Home v2004
Web Designer Pro v 15.1.0 DL x64

The WDP folders seem to be full of files so there was no catastrophic error with PCMover and all other applications are working.

I do not seem to be able to download again as my version is out of official support.
Any suggestions welcomed.

Find your product and you should be able to download the program and use the registration code listed.
