New Hosting Account-Website Not Displaying

Hi.
I'm using Webdesigner 17 & have recently changed my hosting company but when I upload my .web file I get a "Index Of/" page displayed instead of my website.
The hosting company says it's because I don't have an index page but my index page is within the .web file for my website.
I have never had this problem before with other hosting companies when uploading my website files.
I have also changed the Nameservers to point to the new hosting company.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

You shouldn't be uploading your .web file.

Utilities > Web Properties > Publish (tab) > Other Web Host > Settings
Fill in your details given to you by your hosting company. The 'Website URL' section creates a site map and robot text for SEO purposes.

I have used the ftp details the hosting company gave me, both in Webdesigner as you've shown above & also I tried a ftp program but I'm still getting the "index of/" page which is usually shown when there is no index file present

The site URL is working for me.
Have you pressed Ctrl+F5 in your browser?

Have you renamed your home page? It should be left as index.
