You could use a Perspective Mould Tool.

It requires a fair bit of patience and skill.

Your three examples actually require different techniques:

1. Legend - Extrude Tool followed by a Mould.
2. Another Place - text along tow curved lines with individual gylph sizing height and width.
3. Change... - Convert all words to Editable Shapes then morph each glyph separately.
