Default Seeing things - Or we have too much time on our hands.

Gene and I participate in several Facebook stereogram groups. In one group people just seem to automatically Like whatever is there. The quality or in many cases lack of quality does not seem to effect the members enthusiasm.

Gene created a non-stereogram posted below. I posted it in the group and said, please don't reveal what's in the image but if you see it click Like.

We got 23 Likes, 6 Mads, 4 Laughing, and one Wow.

One member even commented, I see it, but I don't like it and will click Like.

You can fool some of the people some of the time, etc.

I didn't actually read your post.
Rather, I went straight to the 'stereogram'.
And I was about to write, "I've tried, but, can't see a damn thing in this one."

    Then, I read your post!

nice one - I have to say as soon as I looked at it I thought, this is not right it is too 'rigid' to de/refocus - but I did read your post first, so I was forewarned

    John - That's awesome.

The image does indeed look like a stereogram so I guess we expect it to be one. It hurts my eyes to even look at it.

Thank you for the squint technique Acorn that allows me to almost see the image.
    @ GP good one!

Never give up. You will never fail, but you may find a lot of ways that don't work.
