interesting look. Is it done in painter?
It doesn't feel right not posting your image.

Inkings,
I can relate to not remembering.. even five minutes ago.
Just for fun, I'll try to guess how you did it. Maybe it will help you recall and then you can let me know how far off I am.
It looks like you used the Canvas and one Layer.
On the Canvas, you did the painting, then applied Effects/Surface Control/Quick Warp using Sphere with the settings something like Power: 0.8 and Angle Factor: 2.5 (at least that's what I used in the sample shown below).

Then it looks like you placed another Layer on top of that. On the Layer (??) you painted some flat areas of color, used one of the Distort variants, then the Bulge brush. I'd guess that you either used a low Opacity brush, lowered the Layer's Opacity, or applied one of the Composite Methods to make the Canvas painting show through.
Bet I'm way off.. except for the Quick Warp part. That looks pretty familiar to me.

T, I'll send things for you to post by leaving the jpeg off, ok.
J, you are close to how I did it. But no layers. Ï
